Passionate, fast and reliable – Riedel PR places clients from the hospitality, hotel and entertainment industry perfectly in the (social) media. Because we listen and ask the right questions:
What are those in the know talking about? What are foodies talking about?

What stories do we tell and how? And above all, to whom?

With fresh ideas, individualized strategies and measures, we provide contemporary consulting services for PR, marketing and social media, always working side-by-side with a network that we’ve built up over many years.
The native Berliner and communications expert Kerstin Riedel knows what her clients want. Her portfolio includes restaurants, hotels, as well as Michelin-starred chefs, food festivals and F&B manufacturers.

About

The Berlin-born Kerstin Riedel is a passionate PR woman. After completing a commercial apprenticeship and studying for an MA in communication sciences and business administration at the Free University of Berlin, she worked at Vattenfall and KölnMesse where she learned a lot about internal & external PR and what it means to when a company engages with art. She later took a sabbatical to attend the Glassell School of Art in Houston, Texas. Back in Berlin, she ran the communications team of the luxury Grand Hyatt Berlin hotel for over 10 years. Since 2014, she and her team of journalists, photographers and social media experts have specialized in food and drink. Riedel has earned the trust of Michelin-starred chefs such as Sebastian Frank and the in-crowd restaurateur Heinz “Cookie” Gindullis to name but two. Food festivals, makers of spirits and luxury hotels also number among her clients.
