 Kerstin Riedel

The Berlin-born Kerstin Riedel is a passionate PR woman. After completing a commercial apprenticeship and studying for an MA in communication sciences and business administration at the Free University of Berlin, she worked at Vattenfall and KölnMesse where she learned a lot about internal & external PR and what it means to when a company engages with art. She later took a sabbatical to attend the Glassell School of Art in Houston, Texas. Back in Berlin, she ran the communications team of the luxury Grand Hyatt Berlin hotel for over 10 years. Since 2014, she and her team of journalists, photographers and social media experts have specialized in food and drink. Riedel has earned the trust of Michelin-starred chefs such as Sebastian Frank and the in-crowd restaurateur Heinz “Cookie” Gindullis to name but two. Food festivals, makers of spirits and luxury hotels also number among her clients.

Florian Kottlewski is a photographer and social media manager from Berlin. During his many years as a concierge, he was able to accumulate plenty of experience and establish a wide network of contacts in the restaurant and events scene. Mathaios Koulouras

A Berliner with Cretan roots, Mathaios Koulouras is a junior PR manager at Riedel PR. He acquired his first press and PR experiences at the ITB and IFA trade fairs in Berlin and started working for us while studying communication science and modern Greek at the Free University of Berlin. During his studies, he also spent a semester at California State University, Long Beach. When he isn’t back in California on vacation, he is always looking out for the latest food trends in the German capital.
